What is the current expected waiting time to get started on a build or renovation?
Typically 3 to 4Β months for a small-scale renovation and or extension, depending on the scope of works.Β Anything up to 12 months for a project needing council approval, New Builds normally are the longest waiting time.
What type of contracts do you utilise?
All building projects in excess of $10,000 require a domestic building contract. (HIA)
Can we supply our own fixtures and fittings?
We have suppliers that we trust and have amazing quality of products, however if that is something you want to organise yourself you can.
Approximately how long will my new home build take?
A new home project can be completed in as little as 8 months, or up to 12 months for large-scale homes, really depends on scope of works.
