The purpose of this project was to modernise the client's home while maintaining some of its original charm. The clients desired more storage, natural lighting, a more functional laundry and access to a new ensuite.

In collaboration with Brightside Interiors, we brightened the home significantly by painting the dark brown wooden accents white, creating a fresh and uplifting atmosphere throughout the house.

Every detail was thoughtfully planned, debated and executed, bringing our shared vision to life. The transformation speaks for itself—turning a once outdated house into a bright, functional and stylish home. It's a testament to what can be achieved when creativity, teamwork, and skilled trades come together. I'm incredibly proud of the outcome and excited to see how this space will be enjoyed by our clients for years to come!

From the moment we first contacted Charles Bros to engage them in our build, we were delighted with the level of support and personalised communication that we received. As first-time renovators, we needed lots of reassurance and were so grateful for the time that was given to clarify the scope and details of the work. No problem was too big or too small to work through. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the attention to detail in the final build is exemplary. Grant’s work in coordinating the trades and working with the team was of particular note – there’s no doubt that we are missing having him and the team on site. Even our neighbours commented on how respectful and considerate the team were throughout the build. We honestly could not have asked for more from our building team!
