From the moment we first contacted Charles Bros to engage them in our build, we were delighted with the level of support and personalised communication that we received. As first-time renovators, we needed lots of reassurance and were so grateful for the time that was given to clarify the scope and details of the work. No problem was too big or too small to work through. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the attention to detail in the final build is exemplary. Grant’s work in coordinating the trades and working with the team was of particular note – there’s no doubt that we are missing having him and the team on site. Even our neighbours commented on how respectful and considerate the team were throughout the build. We honestly could not have asked for more from our building team!

We can’t recommend Charles Brothers enough! We renovated our kitchen, laundry, living area and deck and they absolutely nailed the brief of opening the space up and adding natural light. Our home now is perfect – so light and spacious. The Charles Bros team were amazing to work with, friendly, professional, attentive, with an exceptional quality of work. A huge thanks to Dave for being so patient, nothing was ever too much and he went above and beyond for us. The styling and design advice Terri provided was amazing and we are so happy we followed it, she was so helpful at every step of the way. Absolutely wonderful builders who worked incredibly hard to get us into our newly renovated house on time. Steve and his team were always communicating how things were going and worked around the issues that inevitably arose. They could not have been more helpful. Johanna in the office was amazing when we hit issues with planning. She spoke to everyone and was like a dog with a bone and eventually got us to the top of the pile. The quality of the work was brilliant and we could not be happier with our new home. I would recommend these guys whole-heartedly.

We had our bedroom and adjoining living room restructured, building a walk-in wardrobe and renovating the bathroom. The team was very pleasant to work with, very efficient, and the result is great! We are super happy with a much-increased quality of living. Thanks guys for your awesome work!

Thanks to Jason, Darren and team for a great experience with the recent renovation and extension of our beach-house. Professional, family-run business which is very easy to deal with, readily contactable, willing to work in with our draughtsperson and made the whole build process extremely straightforward. Their attention to detail has produced a result that we are thrilled with!

We had our bathroom renovated and I could not recommend Jason and his team more. Nothing was any trouble, they kept us up to date with all aspects during the build. Investing in Charles Bros Building Contractors for my Beauty Salon is the best decision ever. An amazing seamless transformation from only a concrete floor to the most elegant Beauty Salon for us in just 3 weeks. We had a challenging shopping centre management who are quite difficult to deal with, however Jason, Rob and David handled the challenges smoothly. Love the way they think positively in any situation – “there is always a solution.” I witness and admire Jason’s quick thinking, decision making, and then getting straight into it. His quick decision-making helped me to gain more space and efficiency for my tiny staff room.
